You may remember "Lluvia" ft. Çantamarta, which Daniel Haaksman remixed in 2020. It´s a deep, melancholic Latin bass song that was streamed more than 1 million times on Spotify since its release.

Now Daniel renews the collaboration with Andalucian-Venezuelan-Colombian trio Çantamarta and returns with "Supervivencia", the fourth single release from his upcoming "Sonido Lava" album, which will be out 14th of April on Man Recordings.

"Supervivencia" (Spanish for "survival") reverberates the trans atlantic melancholy vibe for which Çantamarta have became famous for in the Latin American world and beyond. Mixing elements from his native Venezuela and Colombia with Andalucian blue notes, singer Luis Lozano reflects about a cooled off love affair and how to relight its former fire. Daniel adds his trademark sonorous sounds and a demanding synth line, and the result is an irresistible low end Latin ballad, which we´ll quite likely will be hearing lots in the months to come.
